STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS

Aluminium structure

(Agora 500A model, as proposed by Les Installations Sportives Agora Inc.)

Horizontal components

§   Aluminium roof rails, 1½ '' x 3'' x 1/8'' thick, welded to the vertical studs

§   Aluminium bottom rails, 1½'' x 1½'' x 1/8'' thick, welded to the vertical studs

Vertical components

§   Aluminium stud, 1½'' x 3'' x 1/8'' thick, welded to the rails

§   Aluminium intermediary stud, 1½'' x 3'' x 1/8'' thick, welded to the rails.

Anchorages

45 degree aluminium supports with sliding adjustment mechanism and complete 24" floor binding in treated steel.

Mechanical fastener system

All mechanical fasteners, which will be bound to the board section, are made of stainless steel to avoid corrosion.

HARDWARE (AGO-400 series)

Simple door

§   Galvanized free stem joint (AGO-420 model), heavy-duty, with Teflon system;

§   Galvanized steel latch (AGO-405 model), heavy-duty;

Double doors

§   Adjustable galvanized joint (AGO-420 model), heavy duty;

§   Galvanized 2" locking bar (AGO-411 model).

Plastic finish

48" x 48" max. x ¾" natural white Polyboard white panels

Board top

2" x 4" max. x ¾ grey Polyboard plastic pieces with rounded corners.

None

Zone lines

Include all hockey line zones.  Manufactured with HMWPE ½" thickness plastic, in the appropriate color, and integrated to the grey New Generation plastic surface which makes up the rink board.

Plastic bindings

All bindings for the plastic will be aluminium rivets.

WIRE MESH AND SUPPORTS

Frost wire mess of 200' lin. and 60" high with 2 3/8" top and bottom rails.  All galvanized.
