White Plastic Finish § Virgin white polyethylene panels, 42'' x 48'' x ½'' thick series AGORA (HMWPE), or equivalent top; § Foresee 4" x ½" thick boards in polyethylene of the same quality and color as the white panels to cover the back of each joint between these same panels.
Lower board Virgin pale blue or yellow, 8" x 48" x ½" thick, polyethylene guard, AGORA series (HMWPE).
Upper board Virgin red or blue "U" shaped moulded polyethylene cap, 2" x 6 ½" x 96" in length, AGORA series
Zone lines Goal, zone and central lines will be in virgin polyethylene AGORA series (HMWPE) of appropriate color as well as of the same thickness as the white plastic, being ½" thick.
Plastic bindings Any binding for plastic will be type "F" ¼" - #20 with nylon insert lock nut AGORA series which will be of the appropriate color for the different plastics.
Shock Absorbing Board Install a shock absorbing board of 4'' x 1/8'' thick AGORA series between the steel structure and the plastic in the board.
Threshold All thresholds will be manufactured in polyethylene (UHMWPE), ¾'' thick, AGORA series. |

Tempered glass (AGORA series) § The AGORA series tempered glass will be 15 mm (5/8'') thick for the extremities and 12 mm (½'') thick on the sides. § The tempered glass will have a light radius in the two (2) upper corners;
Supports (AGORA series) § All AGORA series supports will be of anodized finish aluminium .01mm (.0004'') natural. § The standard supports (AGORA model) will have a diameter of 2" and will consist of two pieces with stainless steel screws and nuts; § The door's half-supports (AGORA model) must be half-moon.
All supports will be provided with clear P.V.C. moulding AGORA series;
Security: the top part of the standard supports must be a maximum of 12" below the glass' height for a better resistance to shock. The door's half-supports must be spaced at a maximum of ¼" from each other and must have the same length as the standard supports. |
